With over 30 years of executive-level experience, Derek’s experience covers founding technology start-ups, growing small businesses, directing large businesses and taking companies global and public. Derek has successfully managed multiple mergers and acquisitions and numerous private and public investments.
Derek is a co-founder of FrontRange Limited. As CEO of FrontRange the company completed an IPO in 1997 and after resigning as CEO in September 2001, remained on the Board of Directors of FrontRange Inc. until the company was acquired by Francisco Partners in 2006.
Derek and Malcolm founded CodeCapital in 2001.
Derek was the Executive Chairman of JustEnough, a wholly owned subsidiary of CodeCapital, that launched in the United States in 2007 and was acquired by General Atlantic for their Mi9 Retail portfolio company in 2018.

Malcolm has worked in a number of international financial institutions in managerial positions, which included CFO of Dai-Ichi Securities Investment Bank and Vice President at Gemini Consulting, culminating in him becoming the managing partner of PWC Consulting.
Malcolm has experience working with global companies such as Dow Chemical, Kraft Foods, IBM, Holiday Inn and SAB-Miller. Malcolm has been primarily involved in selling business improvement initiatives through the use of technology and has been involved with the Boston School of Management jointly developing most of the strategic positioning around executive issues for Fortune 1000 companies on the use of technology.
In 2000 Malcolm joined Derek Kreunen at FrontRange Limited in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer until the end of 2001 when he and Derek Kreunen founded CodeCapital.
Malcolm was the CEO and President JustEnough, a wholly owned subsidiary of CodeCapital that launched in the United States in 2007 and was acquired by General Atlantic for their Mi9 Retail portfolio company in 2018. Under Malcolm’s leadership, JustEnough expanded its operations in five continents working with some of the world’s leading brands.
